1. Shot peening

Shot peining method mein polish ka ek part ko extreme speed se spin krke ready kiya jaata hai jiske liye ek special machine – shot peing machine – ka use hota hai. Iss powerful spinning process se metal k andar ke negative or bekar padhartho ko alag kiya jaata hai jo usko rust/jangg lagne se bachate hai. Shot peening ka ye process ek rough, clean surface deta hai jo unnecessary metal repelers ko door rakhta hai.

Metal ki praparation 3-5 minat ke lie 0.5-0.6 MPa ke dabaav mein metal ke shots ke saath bleech-cleaned iron or steel se jang lagee upper part ki rust hataane k liye. Rz ki anushansit satah profail 30 se 50 maikron se hai. utpaadon kee satah par, asamaanata avasaadon ke roop mein banatee hai, jo coating ke baad ki layers ko adhikatam aasanjan pradaan karatee hai. dhaatu kee satah ka apamaanajanak peing gost 9.402 (aaeeeso 8501-1 ka sa 2 1/2 ya sa 2) ke anusaar gred 2 ke lie kiya jaata hai.

2. Application of zinc-containing coating

Shot-peening k theek 40 minutes baad, products ko ek chamber me rakha jata hai jisme uspr anticorrosive zinc-containing coating (TU 2312-022-12288779-2000) hig (air) pressure se spray ki jaati hai +10°C to +40°C  k temperature ke beech or relative humidity ka level 85% se zyada nhi rakha jaata.

Zinc-containing coating ki characteristics:

Color and appearance – gray (the shade is not normalized), matte, smooth, without foreign impurities

Thickness of one layer is 40-80 μm

Impact strength – not less than 50 cm

Elasticity at bending – not more than 10 mm

Adhesion (according to GOST 15140, method 2) – not more than 1 point

Temperature resistance – 150°С

Density – 2.80-3.00 g/cm3

Mass fraction of nonvolatile substances is 84.0-87.0%

Viscosity – thixotropic 

3. Drying process

GOST 19007 k according,  grade 3 ka drying time (20 ± 2)°С ke temperature pr  hota hai or relative humidity air ki (65 ± 5)% hoti hai maximum 4 hours tk kliye.

POWDER COATING KPRO-7 (KPRO-7)

Powder coating electrostatic spraying se apply ki jaati hai. Isme electrostatically charged powder ka application hota hai ek grounded product se pneumatic atomizer ka use krke.

Sabse pehle powder material ko feeder me daala jata hai. Feeder ke porous bulkhead k through, air pressure se supply ki jaati hai jisse poweder ek suspended state move karta hai coating ki “fluidized layer”ko banate hue. Aerosol ko air pump (ejector) ki help se container se nikalkar, air k sath dilute kiya jaata hai uski concentration kam krkr fir sprayer me daala jaata hai, isse powder coating ko friction se electrostatic charge milta hai. Compressed airki help se, charged powder paint neutral surface pr apply kiya jaata hai or fir usko chood diya jaata hai electrostatic attraction k liye. Powder coating k final stage pr, product pr apply kiya gaya powder is melt hojata hai or polymerize hota hai polymerization chamber me. Fusion or polymerization process ko badhaya jaata hai 150-220°C k temperature  pr at least 15-30 minutes k liye, jiske baad powder paint ek membrane (polymerizes) banta hai. Polymerization k aakhir me product ko air se cool kiya jaata hai.

Sir polyester powder ko hi use kra jaata hai jisme bahar ki kisi b aggressive climate/temperatures ko jhelne ki power hoti h. Is trha k paints me toxic TGIC nhi present hota. Interpon pwder D series architectural powder coatings hai. Interpon D1036 series ka powder bhar k climate k against behtareen resistance provide karta hai, original color coating ko bachata hai or European standards k equipment ski requirement(s) ko fulfil karta hai.

Wet chamber – passed BS3900-F2 (1000 hours) without detachment and loss of gloss

Sulphur dioxide – passed ISO 3231 (Kesternich) without detachment beyond 1 mm from the cut, without color change and bubbling after 24 cycles

Immersion in distilled water – passed BS3900-F7 (240 hours) without detachment and loss of gloss

Durability when used outdoors – the product is characterized by its high performance level. A slight uniform loss of gloss is possible without damage to the coating. Melting is virtually non-existent – within ASTM D659: 1980

Accelerated test for atmospheric stability – Sun test Original Hanau Quartzlampen ISO 11341. Retention of >50% of gloss after 1000 hours

Chemical resistance – normally high resistance to all low concentrated acids and alkalis, as well as oils at normal temperature.
